Valdosta State soccer has summer camp sessions planned for July 15-18 and July 22-25 for day campers and July 21-25 for residential campers.
In addition, there will be a fourth session offered for teams on July 21-25.
The 2013 VSU Soccer Camps will focus on challenging players to continue to develop and improve their individual and technical skills and tactical ability, while helping build confidence and instilling enthusiasm for the game.
The Clinic is designed to improve skills of players who aspire to play at the next level. All sessions will be led by Head Coach Mel Heinz, VSU assistant coaches and current VSU players. Any goalkeepers attending will have the opportunity to be coached by the new VSU goalkeeping coach and undergo specialized goalkeeper sessions. Sessions will use many of the same methods used by the VSU women’s team, thus providing for a complete student-athlete experience.
